Columbus Day

Today, October 13, people celebrate and honor Christopher's Columbus arrival in the Americas. The first voyage came in 1492 with three ships named "Galician", "The Pint" and "The Girl".

Christopher Columbus was born between 30-31 of October and died 20 May 1506, he was a Genoese explorer, navigator and colonize born in the Republic of Genoa (today part of Italy).
