Reflection: I think that by this he means that you need to learn to say no, because otherwise you will make many mistakes in your life: not because you want to, but because you want to show you can.

I believe that what Hosea is trying to say is that while we are obedient we can do everything. That being obedient sums, is the climax of our duties.
