"Bless you"

This is an american phrase commonly used to wish someone health. These words are spoken used to "bless" someone from being ill. These words originate thousands of years ago. The way this saying originate was that by sneezing it precede illness. This saying was created by Pope Gregory The Great, who uttered it in the sixth century during a bubonic plague epidemic.(sneezing is an obvious of one form of the plague)
